Real Estate Homeselling Team

We are a Real Estate Homeselling Team is a fast-growing real estate team serving the greater Toronto area. We are currently looking for a cold caller superstar for our growing company!

Your role will be focused on calling officers and speaking to individuals within the law enforcement industry. If you are a driven, entrepreneurial, well-rounded team player with drive and passion for adding value—then you might be the sales support partner that we are looking for!

Having a proven track record of providing excellent customer service or outbound sales experience is required.

Responsibilities:
Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business.
Achieve the best possible deal for the seller by conducting an extensive market analysis to determine the listing price.
Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings.
Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in home buyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale.
Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and ask the price.


1. Someone must be comfortable talking to clients, making lead conversions, and be able to cold-call.
2. Handle objections efficiently and professionally.
3. Must be self-motivated and organized with an understanding of the use of CRM.
4. Minimal accent and no drama.
5. Persistent, aggressive, and driven.
6. Ability to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately.
7. Excellent communication skills; confidence to start and hold a conversation.
8. Very organized and detail-oriented.
9. Positive attitude, proactive, comfortable with deadlines.
10. Able to start immediately.
11. Able to work Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday to Friday.
12. Has reliable internet speed.
13. Preferably a FEMALE.

Qualifications
Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
Great communication skills, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
At least one year of work experience in real estate sales
