JOB OVERVIEW

We are an online school that teaches real estate agents (and professionals in related industries) how to use video in their companies. We are hiring an experienced customer service administrator who would like to work fulltime.

The job will involve working closely with the business owners to create an incredible experience for our students!

Salary: $1280/month

As an administrator, your job activities will include:
Communicating in English with our customers or company partners by email and Zoom
Scheduling Zoom webinars and meetings, as well as managing the chat during certain ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings
Using Google Drive to organize, upload/download and share files
Using ActiveCampaign to audit and/or edit Contacts, Lists, Campaigns and Automations
Using Kajabi (the platform that hosts our online educational content) to update customer account information and add media files and/or edit content descriptions
Monitoring and responding to posts in Kajabi
Monitoring and responding to posts in a Facebook group
Writing and sharing social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
Creating and editing simple videos
Gathering prospective customer data from websites and documenting information in spreadsheets or other systems
Designing graphics on Canva (depends on applicant’s design experience)


Requirements:
Communicate in English (written and verbally)
Computer with the system requirements to run ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings and stream video
Good internet connection – at least 5 MBPS
Willing to learn new things – especially new tech tools
Able to work under deadlines
Customer service experience
Copywriting experience
Able to follow instructions and receive constructive feedback
Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and LinkedIn
Familiarity with Google Calendar, Google Drive, ActiveCampaign and Upgrade to see actual info
Familiarity with simple graphic design in Canva (preferred but not required)
Video editing experience (preferred but not required)
