Full Stack Developer (PHP) with expertise in UI/UX Developer (3 month Project)

Position Overview

We are currently looking for Full Stack Developer with expertise in UX Design who will be working on our UI/UX project. Our ideal candidate needs to be skilled at creating user flows and mock-ups, wireframing, prototyping and implementation. This role is co-terminus with our UI/UX project which is projected to be around 3 months.

Requirements:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- At least one year of experience as a Full Stack Developer
- At least 2 years experience in WordPress theme development for both browser and mobile
- Experience with techniques and tools for making WordPress theme mobile ready
- 2+ years experience as a UI/UX designer or UI/UX/front-end developer, or similar role
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and the jQuery library
- Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
- Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
- Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
- Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages

Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)
- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
