US Recruiter

Our US/Texas-based client provides home care solutions to seniors and is looking for an experienced US Recruiter. Someone who has excellent English communication skills and is confident in doing cold calling and invite caregivers to apply. They need someone with the ability to utilize software that tracks the results of the applicants coming in to hire. Ability to understand how caregiving and home care work, or the ability/desire to learn and study what they do so that they can connect with the caregiver that is Upgrade to see actual infondidate should also be proficient in MS Excel. Background in customer service/sales experience is preferred.

Salary: $800 up to $1000 ($1000 is reserved for someone who possess all desired requirements and substantial number of years in US recruiting).
