Youtube Personal Assistant

Description:
Looking for a Personal Assistant for personal activities that can help optimize my life as a small business owner on personal development and assist my brother for creative work as a starting Youtuber. My brother and I require some help doing organizational tasks and as well as occasionally research about topics.

Hours:
Part-time, 10k, 8 - 12 Philippine time

We don’t like to do menial tasks and things that are routine based.
We lose focus easily, but we hyperfocus on particular things.
We are not detail-oriented and we require someone to handle all the other things.

About Myself
I am very blunt and need diplomacy.
I am a hermit and don’t like public exposure. I require someone to manage public exposure and engagement.
I am systematic and can create workflow, but too disorganized to execute them.
I am very long-term oriented and prefer to focus on small systematic improvements rather than sprinting to goals. I require a sprinter.
I am research and thinking oriented, but learnt to judge quickly.

About My Brother:
He is open-minded and can take feedback.
He is very prone to exciting and spontaneous activities. Would need a second opinion on priorities on hand.
He doesn’t like personal engagements and requires help setting schedules to fulfill them. (collaborations and appointments, etc.)
He gets side-tracked and prioritizes short term goals. Requires centering and habit building (routines and workflows).
