Job description:
1. Organize the formulation of the company's human resources management system, rules and regulations;
2. Be responsible for the construction of the company's overall talent echelon, organize and preside over personnel interviews, recruitment and other work according to the company's strategy and employment needs, and establish efficient and efficient recruitment channels;
3. Establish a lean and efficient training organization system and improve the training management system;
4. Establish and implement effective salary and performance appraisal incentive mechanism;
5. Manage and optimize the company's employee relationship management system;
6. Participate in the construction of the company's corporate culture and establish a harmonious and happy labor capital relationship.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business administration/human resource management is preferred;
2.8 More than years of work experience, including more than 5 years of local human resources experience in the Philippines, including no less than 3 years of management experience; Be familiar with relevant labor laws and regulations in the Philippines and employment risk management; Initial team building and recruitment channel development project experience is preferred, and manufacturing background is preferred;
3. Proficient in office and other common office software, fluent in Chinese and English as working languages, and capable of reporting in writing and data analysis;
4. Have strong communication ability, self motivation awareness, strong comprehensive management ability and the ability to lead the team.
