You will start out by working with Social Media, Blog Posts, and Graphics. I need you to have STRONG understanding and experience in these areas.
- You would be responsible for creating branded content and multiple photos for
Ecommerce, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, and Google Ads, as well as Infographics,
banners, & any marketing images. You would also be responsible for the packaging for all
products.
- Social Media Manager would strategize, create, schedule, and post brand content on
multiple channels. (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin, and others). The key metrics
for these channels is to increase the existing follows as well as monetize the audience and
generate traffic and sales to our website and Amazon.
- Product Development: I have multiple ideas and projects that I have started but need
follow-up on the process. I would want someone that can source and connect with
different factories for multiple quotes. You would also be responsible to keep the progress
of Development to move forward.
- Create Leads for potential collaborations. Build a list of Influencers that would be a good
fit to rep our Brand. (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest)
- Build a process documentation system to help me know your method for managing tasks
as well as an Operating Procedure Manual.
- Understand Reporting and Analytics from the projects we do.
- More than anything, I want someone to keep me “On-Task”. We would hold weekly video
calls to discuss what needs to be done that week and discuss follow-up on last week's
projects and timelines.
Required Tools:
Software: Adobe, Trello, Google, Dropbox, Lastpass, Slack
Social: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok, and Linkedin
BONUS: experience in E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Upgrade to see actual infoTE: If things go well, the overall goal is to eventually hire someone under you that you can then manage in these tasks.
This means that, after we feel you have the VISION of the company and have a good flow of the
expectations, you would seek out a second Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager. I
would prefer someone local (to you). You would assist with the hiring and interview process
because you would be supervising their work. (This would be project priced at first and
hopefully move them to part-time).
