IntegrateUp is a recruiting agency that serves digital entrepreneurs who have all-remote teams. For the past 3 years, we have helped over 100 different companies find Dream TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers – from virtual assistants to COOs.

We are poised to grow, and now we need an additional full-time virtual assistant who wants to come and learn everything related to building online tech systems and marketing an online business.

You’re the ideal candidate if you love puzzles and problem-solving. You have strong critical thinking and inference skills. You often find yourself putting the pieces together just a tad faster than those around you. And you’re comfortable with someone saying to you “Here’s a problem … please figure out how to make it work” and then are an excited, tenacious bulldog until you find a solution.

You’re naturally creative – but in a systems kind of way. You think in flowcharts, spreadsheets, and ordered lists. You’re also naturally Upgrade to see actual infotails are your thing. You may even have been accused of being “too focused” about making sure everything is “right!”

You may have a background with some software (websites, funnels, or databases) or maybe you just have always wanted to learn. You’re drawn to figuring out how technology works and excited about the possibility of getting paid to learn the ins and outs of software automations and databases.

You love efficiency, and you are constantly looking for ways to improve how things are done. And you’re comfortable speaking up and sharing your ideas with the team. You’ve also been told that you are exceptionally teachable with a positive, humble, “I can figure this out” attitude.

On the flip side, while you love new creative challenges, you’re also okay doing repetitive tasks consistently in order to keep everything running. You find it cathartic to put on some good music and fall into “flow” as you do the same thing over and over again.

Most important, you’re looking to join a team that works hard while supporting and cheering each other on. (Emojis and positive exclamation marks fill our Slack channels. ??) And we know that while everyone has a different role to play on our team, every teaUpgrade to see actual infomber is equally important for the value they bring. NOTE: We are open to hiring someone new to the VA world who is hungry to work hard and to learn. We are willing to train you from the ground up if you have strong soft skills such as critical thinking, problem solving, and a superb ability to pay attention to detail.

OFFER DETAILS
This is a full-time (40 hours/week), remote, contract position.

Pay starts at $375/month with regular raises based on performance reviews. (Raise could happen as early as 90 days after start date.) Additional bonuses are also Upgrade to see actual infoTE: Only candidates with impeccable written American English will be considered for this position. Fluent spoken English is also required.



RESPONSIBILITIES (tasks associated with the role)
Recruiting
* Build new job applications in JotForm
* Post positions in Indeed/LinkedIn jobs
* Message candidates, inviting them to fill out application form
* Filter job applications based on predefined criteria

Operations
* Create email automations in Activecampaign
* Build and maintain databases in Airtable
* Create automations and interfaces in Airtable
* Assemble weekly reports for KPIs (operations and marketing)

Marketing
* Review FB group join requests and add those who meet qualifications
* Research new potential client leads on Upgrade to see actual info and Facebook
* Request new connections via Upgrade to see actual info messages and Facebook messenger using Upgrade to see actual info-approved scripts (prospecting/cold outreach)
* Manage posting and sharing of regular nurture content to potential clients on various social media channels and through email
* Edit simple short videos using online software
* Research and create quote graphics for social media

Additional requirements:
* Available to work & communicate from 9 am to 3 pm CST (other hours are flexible based on your schedule preference)
* Available to attend a teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting on Friday at 10 am CST
* Willing to jump on a Zoom call (if needed) (happens rarely - most communication happens through Slack)
* Access to a computer with at least i3 processor and 8gb of ram
* Reliable and fast internet connection (at least 50mbps)
* Reliable and distraction-free work environment

This position is NOT for someone who:
* Wants all details of a task given to them
* Is not tech-savvy
* Is uncomfortable owning mistakes
* Isn’t willing to do repetitive tasks
* Prefers a slow-paced work environment
* Is unavailable to work CST hours listed
