Short Term Rental Revenue Manager

Our Revenue Management Team is responsible for ensuring that Pricing Strategy is both competitive and profitable in order to drive both booking volume and profitability for our Owners. The Pricing & Revenue Manager will be responsible for overall Strategy, Booking Performance Management (Overall and Per Listing) and responding to owner queries regarding pricing.

The main Responsibilities of The Role will include:
• Driving revenue and bookings by development and implementation of Pricing Strategies, both overall and targeted, that generate Property Owners and Host & Stay additional profit
• Administration of our Dynamic Pricing System - Beyond
• Maintaining our Best in Class property performance
• Dealing with queries from owners in relation to property pricing, giving data led advice with commercial reasoning
• Developing a thorough understanding of Revenue Management processes, initiatives and decisions and using this information to provide expert advice to our owners and colleagues
• Working with the Owner Relations team to ensure that owners are kept informed with price strategies and optimisation.
• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on Owner revenue and booking performance for to be used across all areas of Host & Stay – Marketing, Owner Acquisition & Retention and Finance.
• Work alongside our Property Acquisition Team to provide case studies and forecast during the sales process
