We are looking for an experienced freelance Financial Controller to join our team.

Your role will have 4 key areas:

- Finding and hiring top class employees.
- Ensure each employee is onboarded correctly and they are monitored/reviewed.
- Train and upskill each employee in new areas.
- Ensure each employee is engaged and happy working.

This will be an online role and you will be hiring everyone online also. You will be working remotely.

We are looking for people who are based in the PH
Has a stable internet connection and work-from-home setup (equipment)
