We are a fast growing Solar company looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team.
We need someone who can generate leads, administer and troubleshoot the different tools we are using.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
1) Perform daily uploads, downloads, and importing
2) Ensure and document outbound dialer activity
3)Analyze dialer-output data to identify potential problems and issues.
4) Run payment report regularly
5) Create and update dialing campaigns filter, list strategies and reports
6 Monitor and adjust the performance of the dialer systems
7) Complete other duties assigned
8) Responsible for all aspects of the call center technology platform including conversational IVR, cloud based contact center solutions, workforce management, and outbound dialing/campaign management
9) Phones and IVR must be fully operational
10) Responsible for tea
11) Develop and manage strategy to run outbound campaigns, ensuring the saturation and penetration targets are achieved
12) Monitoring of agent activities
Qualifications:
1) At least 1 year in an OUTBOUND call-center environment
2) Knowledge and experienced in using a dialer system like Call Tools, Batch Dialer, 59 Dialer and Vici Dialer and other dialers used by OUTBOUND CALL CENTERS
3) Intermediate-advanced proficiency level with excel
4) Basic statistics knowledge
5) Must have 2-4 years experience developing and supporting contact center OUTBOUND DIALERS and reporting.
6) Must have 2+ years experience in similar telephony platform in an Outbound call center environment
