Carejobz is seeking to bring a dynamic and sales-driven recruitment consultant into its high-performing and supportive team.

As a recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for building strong candidate and client relationships, helping people in their job search, and building your own market within the Australian healthcare sector.

Profile
We are looking to speak with individuals who have a track record of delivering 360 recruitment in business development-focused roles.

You will ideally possess the following key skills -
* At least 12 months of work experience in a recruitment agency setting
* Capable of building great rapport
* High levels of resilience and self-motivation
* Proven track record of successful billing in a recruitment role
* Keen to maximise your potential and develop a rewarding career
* Can work individually, but also loves to be part of a successful team
* Must be I.T. savvy and quick to pick up systems and processes.program
* A very high level of written and verbal English is essential.
* An understanding of the healthcare and nursing recruitment market would be ideal.

You will receive a full ongoing training & development program, covering all aspects of the role and responsibilities to allow you to develop within the role and then a structured plan to benefit your personal and career development within our Carejobz family.
