REGULAR TASKS:

-Manage the full process of candidate identification until handing them off to leadership for the interview process
1. DUpgrade to see actual info who gets into the software
2. Put the profiles in the software.
3. From the software, build the messaging process
-Maintain field offices’ internal recruitment departments
-Matches persona from a list of universities
1. 49F gives filters for qualifications
2. Research, copy and paste add to Data entry (Excel)
3. Applicant tracking system (greenhouse)
4. Data entry (research from LI)
*Independent thinking: WHY they chose this candidate
-EOD reports with metric numbers



TOOLS WE USE REGULARLY:

-Greenhouse & Chrome extension
-LinkedIn Recruiter
-Excel
