Golang Backend Developer (for a SaaS app)

Our company runs, maintains, and manages its own content websites. We are starting a new SaaS tool to manage links and redirections (imagine Bitly x Linktree on steroids) at scale. Our founder knows about software development (i.e., Golang, Typescript), and you will work under his supervision in building and maintaining the backend of this application.

While the application’s concept is relatively simple (link shortener and profile pages), our unique features will separate us from the competition. We also want to build for the future, so ensuring we can build upon the code we write is critical.

=== What You Will Do ===

* Collaborate with the director to prepare feature specs; which include scope, diagrams, wireframes, use cases, work breakdown structure
* Use domain-driven design to spec out features
* Code the feature based on the spec
* Attend video meetings to ensure progress
* Commit your code to our GitHub repository
* Write tests to ensure the behavior is correct
* Perform manual quality control throughout
