We are constantly looking for new ways to serve our guests and grow our business and we are looking for a general virtual assistant who can do the following:

- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Working hours will 9 AM - 2 PM EST, Mon-Fri
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

*Organizing Trello boards, to-do lists, and minutes of the meeting
*Administrative assistance
*Input data in our salon software and QuickBooks
*Social Media Management/Marketing
*Team Communication
*Inventory, Ads, Canva task

Note: Must have experience using Quickbooks, Trello, and Meevo salon software.
