Sales Representative (Call Center Agent)- Outbound

Job Description:

An Australian Company is looking for a Sales Representative to join a team based in Sydney, Australia. This is a remote position. This is a great opportunity for someone who has worked in an educational field with a high volume sales role and is looking to learn and grow quickly in their career.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
Make over 80 - 100 inbound/outbound calls a day to new customers
Follow our company's communication “scripts”
Meet and overachieve qualitative and quantitative targets
Maintain all contacts / opportunities and recording records in Google Sheet, CRM (Student Convert)
Report daily, weekly, and monthly results to management



Requirements
Previous experience in a call center role
Good English communication skills, both oral and written (English fluency)
Strong phone and verbal communication skills
Excellent listener
Ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills
Work well in a team or individually
20 Mbps and up wired DSL and has a backup connection
Noise cancellation headset, webcam
Quiet and focused work environment
Able to work from 6:00 am /7:00 am - 2:00 pm / 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Manila time)
