The City Leader / Chief of Staff is a key leadership position for AFDNP Inc

The ideal candidate has 3+ years managing international workforces in the Philippines and United States for multinational companies and is adept at hiring, onboarding and managing teams, including coaching for performance and adherence to team protocols.

As the City Leader / Chief of Staff, you will be a trusted advisor to Brandy, our CEO, and will serve as a coach and leader to our growing team. You will be responsible for installing performance metrics and systems across the company, monitoring for compliance, holding teaUpgrade to see actual infombers accountable for job performance, coaching them to success, and terminating when success together is not possible.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
**Have at least 3+ years HR management experience: hiring/recruiting, managing, performance reviews and terminating teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and supporting the CEO in making strategic, executive decisions with personnel.
**Have strong team management and coaching skills, to include active listening that allows for balancing the goals of the company with the needs of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to find win-win solutions
**Have customer service experience that informs how we need to set up and automate customer service systems and train our teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to create the best customer experience we can for our community
**Be an expert in project management and online tools for managing a remote workforce
**Possess strong attention to detail, time management skills, and excellent team working skills
**Be comfortable in gDrive, spreadsheets and documents, to both maintain data, compile data, and review data for key learnings that impact company growth
**Have experience working in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines & high accountability. Excellent leadership skills are a MUST.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
**Working closely with our CEO to determine hiring needs, supporting hiring and onboarding, and minimizing turnover within the team
**Managing our project management framework in Asana including activating monthly tasks for teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, monitoring tasks and projects to ensure teaUpgrade to see actual infombers are managing their time effectively and meeting deadlines, and supporting teaUpgrade to see actual infombers with tracking their projects and recurring tasks, as needed.
**Managing the onboarding of new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including working with leaders across the organization to build onboarding plans, structure workflows in our project management system, and
**Managing all human resource needs, including payroll, team reimbursements (like generators, health insurance, and internet), and paid time off
**Managing weekly teaUpgrade to see actual infoetings and 1:1s with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to manage upcoming workload + scheduling, coaching on performance, and ensuring compliance with our team protocols
**Collaborate with CEO to determine when it’s time to hire new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and promote or transfer teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to new roles
**Oversee performance reviews, corrective action / performance planning, and termination of teaUpgrade to see actual infombers
**Attending Weekly TeaUpgrade to see actual infoetings; Conducting 1:1 meetings with Leaders and TeaUpgrade to see actual infombers, weekly 1:1 meeting with the CEO
**Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55+ WPM)


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
**At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer support; using Help Scout is a huge plus
**Experience with remote team tools like Time Doctor, Slack, Trello, Google Suite, LastPass, Skype and Zoom
**Demonstrate a solid typing WPM (ideally 55 wpm+)
**Excellent English skills, and able to communicate well both verbally and in writing, and excellent presentation skills

Tech Requirements:
**Computer - at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
**Internet Speed - At least 20 MBPS Download speed

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am - 3PM EST (6PM - 3AM PHT)
Salary Range: PHP60,000-90,000 monthly
