We are a business management company that helps individuals and or businesses either launch, run, or grow their firms or projects.
Our clients rely on us for a wide range of solutions. Some of these solutions include securing business capital, building their business and or personal credit, providing business phone systems or any other telecom services, branding and marketing services, web design and development services, and any other solutions that would yield in our client's success.
We’re now seeking to hire an operations manager to assist with our company’s growth.
You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation, which involves making essential policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also oversee Human Resources, including recruiting and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
Successful candidates will have prior experience in a management or leadership position. A deep understanding of financial management is also a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
- Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
- Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, select, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
- Analyzing training needs/requirements.
- Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
- Plan for short and long-term goals.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Conduct tea
- Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions
Requirements and Skills
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among fellow tea
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
- Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely to inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings
- Ability to communicate with others effectively
- Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues
- Solid understanding of financial management.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Outstanding multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree in program management, business or public administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or related fields
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent overall project management experience
- Experience may be considered equivalent if experience demonstrated increased depth and breadth of responsibility
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) can be used in lieu of the educational requirements
WORK HOURS
Work Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, Eastern Time, with a 1-hour lunch.
