CPA

We are looking for a CPA for part-time gig work. You will be working alongside another CPA in doing: account reconciliation, accounts receivable, and accounts payable for a real estate company. Daily pay to start. Then weekly pay. There is the opportunity to become the full charge bookkeeper in time which will pay about .$35 USD per transaction.

Requirements:
- Significant availability during the American EST daytime hours.
- Be a licensed CPA
- Have a minimum of three busy seasons experience in public accounting
- Have reasonable proficiency in real estate accounting: amortization tables for loans, etc.
- Fast, Diligent hard worker
- Proficient in English
