Fast download and upload internet (preferably 50mbs or higher)
48hr turn around time
Slack Communication
Ability to handle and quickly download large files
Exceptional communication skills
Can handle heavy, emotional videos
Can create a compelling story from interviews
Color
Audio
Include photo and/or video broll
Lower thirds

Hiring Process:
We value you and your time. Be assured, you will be paid for your time and work.
PAID test edit to see if we are a good fit ($25 total)
If the test edit goes well, we would love to put you in our “contractor pool” where you can be readily available throughout the month for freelance contracted work, paid hourly.
If we continue to work well together through multiple freelance contracted jobs, we may pull you into a full-time role. Our ultimate goal is to pull you into a full-time position on our team.
