Job Description:
- Answer inbound calls
- Follow up calls
- Take product orders
- Schedule Appointments
- Provide information to customers

Software/Tools:
- Officemate EHR
- Weave (phone app)
- Email

Note: Medical knowledge for eye care is a PLUS. Minimal to no accent is needed

Working Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Saturday 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
