STR Legacies LLC is looking for an Acquisition Specialist who is eager to grow and make money, to join our growing team. You must have strong communications skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to rapidly changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, and a curiosity about the unknown and will help us reach our goal of one-to-one marketing communication and developing actionable consumer insight.
Map and document nurture strategy, automation processes, programs, and procedures
Can work with product marketing managers and PR specialists to create monthly newsletters at a regular cadence.
Have a strategic mindset and ability to successfully build, manage, and scale the nurture
Collaborating with graphic designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
Get the property under contract.
Work on the due diligence of inspection and lenders and Contractors as well.
Excellent communication skills
Excellent at finding the right people
Familiar with Using AirDNA and other analyzing tools
Position Roles And Responsibilities:
Calling and building rapport with distressed sellers over the phone, overcoming objections, and setting appointments when able. Follow-up calls to pre-qualified leads.
Actively listening in order to take detailed notes on properties.
Ability to learn and understand the basics of running investment numbers.
Negotiating with sellers according to the company's buying criteria.
Following the company's Sales Process.
You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
You must be able to work full-time
Must be able to time-manage and prioritize tasks

8 hrs/day - 40 hrs/week
$700 - $1000 monthly salary
