We are looking for an HR manager to lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company, from recruitment to wage reviews, disciplinary action, PTO, and payroll. To perform well in this role, you should have previous experience within an HR department.

This is a fully remote working position; we expect you to be available between 8 AM GMT - 4 PM GMT Monday to Friday. These hours have some flexibility. We understand that life gets in the way.
HR MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
Experience within all human resources departments or related fields.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Experience in educating and coaching a remote team.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace
Proven experience managing a remote team
Ability to Plan, Direct, control and Organize
Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
Maintaining a smooth onboarding/offboarding process.
System Access Tracking
Training, counseling, and coaching our team.
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional
Conducting performance and wage
Creating clear and concise reports.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
Monthly payroll and PTO
Leading a team of human resource colleagues
Up to 35 days paid leave per annum
