JOB OVERVIEW

Fast growing entrepreneur is looking for a virtual assistant to help in multiple businesses ranging from real estate development, real estate sales, solar contracting, and a rental car business.

Roles and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):
- Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within the budget
- Manage timelines on the construction side and permitting side
- Analyze deals and create proformas for private money lenders
- Manage material orders to ensure the contractor has everything beforehand
- Manage and track progress, report to CEO weekly on all project progress
- Manage Disposition, either send to lenders to refi or send to realtor to sell on the market
- Manage budgets and costs
- Sends info and communicates with Finance company to ensure vehicles are getting funded
- Analyzes daily rentals and pricing
- Analyzes cars on FB and Craigslist and other platforms to see if there are any cars we should buy
- Track registrations, tickets/ violations, insurance, claims, etc.

- With Real Estate experience
- Good in analyzing numbers, forecasting, financial ratios
- Great attention to detail

- Excellent Problem solving skills
- Computer savvy
- Fast internet speed
- Great communication skills

* With Real Estate Accounting is a plus
* With Accounting experience is required
