Virtual Assistant

Songbuilder Studios in Catonsville, Maryland is growing and currently looking for a virtual assistant to join our team. We are expanding from music production to Artist Development services and A&R, and are posting to find a qualified virtual assistant.

Responsibilities include
- Artist research on Instagram, finding high-quality music artists, and adding them to our Notion system
- Reaching out to Artists and introducing our services
- Invoicing
- Scheduling

Opportunities for bonuses for each artist found that purchases our premium song-creation packages

Potential Responsibilities
- Phone calls with artists & singers, Customer Service (not sales)
- Social media experience is a plus

We are hoping to find someone that can grow into a management position in the future as the team expands and we bring on more talent
