Social Media Manager

Who we are:
Energy Stone, an established jewelry company since 1994, is seeking a social media manager to join its dynamic team for its flagship store Upgrade to see actual info.

Who we are looking for:
- Genuine and mature personality who sincerely care for the well-beings of our customers, the influencers, and their audiences.
- High proficiency in written English and good command of the spoken language.
- Strategic thinker with at least 5 years of experience in planning and building a community. At least 3 years experience in influencer marketing
- A strategic thinker who is able to initiate conversations in the social groups and to generate interest in our brand. He/She should help cultivate the client community of the brand through customer messaging and social media groups. Video and written material will be provided by the company and to be used by the Manager in the community.
- The Social Media Marketing Manager should get Energy Stone’s brand voice and understand our brand messages which form the basis of our community communication.

Tasks:
- Build the influencer community and communicate with their audience. The Manager will research and reach out to the influencers and build a working relationship with them. We expect fast growth in our influencer network and the numbers will be tracked.
- Create and upload social media posts including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Toks, Pinterest
- Handle customer support and manage community communications on all our social channels. Skillfully nurturing good wishes and neutralizing negative comments
- Copy writing including blogs, content for email marketing, as well as captions for Instagram posts
- Work as a team. Co-ordinate with the graphic designer and identify growth opportunity for the management. We expect customers’ messages be responded under 24 hours.
- Manage the Facebook Group

Work hours:
- Full time (40 hours per week)
- Remote/ Work from home at Canada daytime shift (EST)
