We are Super M-Power Solutions, a family of Filipino Superheroes! We provide data and creative solutions for our clients as well as lead generation marketing. While all of our employees are currently Filipinos, M-Power is a US-based company and the owner/ceo stays in the Philippines 3-4 months of the year. Our Company has been around for 5 years now and we have grown from a handful of people to almost 100 strong!

ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who have at least 2 to 3 years of outbound sales/cold calling experience.

You must be a special person who loves people and likes chatting on the phone!

The ideal candidate is someone who is upbeat, great at building connections, easy to talk to, and has the willingness to help others.

We want someone who is positive and persistent.

Real Estate experience is a plus!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Excellent English communication skills
1 to 3 years of Outbound Sales Experience.
Real Estate (US) Experience is preferred.
Ability to work US-based hours (graveyard shift)

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:

Laptop or Desktop that is an i5 or better
Windows 10 or higher operating system
At least 8GB of RAM
Must have LAN(ethernet cable) internet connection
Internet Speed: 50mbps up
Noise-cancelling headset -must be USB wired
Backup Internet is a MUST at 25mbps
Backup power source - 8hr power bank or better.
