Creative Social Media Manager (Video first)

Description
We're looking for someone who's GREAT at copy/video editing to manage our social media, video first channels (tiktok, reels, shorts).

Responsibilities
- Repurpose video content from tutorials, podcast and long format videos to tiktok styled media.
- Find the right audio/format trends.
- Use the right keywords and hashtags.
- Substantially grow our social media following.
- Work on SEO for TikTok
- Publish 30 videos per month on TT, Reels and Shorts.

Qualifications
- Video editing. (if you don't have a video portfolio, don't apply)
- Strong communication skills.
- Out of the box thinker. You'll lead strategy for video marketing.
- Good with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Slack).
