Google sheet experts

Developing a system which involves tasks such as programming, scripting, and data management (google apps script / javascript/other suitable programming language)
- knows how create functioning UI using html, css, javascript, bootstrap (knowledge in another front-end framework is a plus)
- proficient in back-end programming languages like PHP and other related frameworks is a must have
- familiarity in creating database is a must have
- familiarity in creating CRUD (create, read, update, delete) system is plus
- can design a user interface flow based on user stories is a plus
