The Role:
We are seeking a Client Success/Order Fulfillment Specialist whose responsibilities include all After Sales Support; duties include partnering with sales and other departments during the customer implementation phase to ensure delivery of a frictionless experience with our firm.
Clearly communicate company values and update clients on timeline to completion of services. programs, marketing, and/or other initiatives. Consistently manage and meet implementation deadlines set by the customer and sales team

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Building Client Relationships, Client Retention, Drake Tax Software, QuickBooks, Drafting/Sending Documents, and Onboarding New Clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Building Client Relationships as well as Client Retention (Updating Clients on timeline to service completion and or confirmation of completion
Data Entry On Drake Tax Software & QuickBooks,
Drafting/Sending Documents such as contracts, etc.
Surveying & Onboarding New Clients.
Ascertain 2nd sale opportunities with clients for Cross-Sales, and or Upsales. (Take note
