???? What will you be doing?

You’ll be our first Developer Hire working with Digital Marketers with over 11 years of hands on experience (the founder being Full Stack). You will be comfortable taking the lead on development projects, and responsible for hitting deadlines on development projects, with overall work output as your North Star Metric.

Responsibilities include:

- Pixel-perfect Implementation and Development of UI/UX design.
- Creation and Implementation of complex GSAP-style creative websites.
- Development of Webflow, Wordpress, Shopify and custom Apps.
- Communicate clearly with Marketing Specialists.
- Systemise and Implement custom and complex tracking solutions for Apps and Websites via Server APIs to pull in verified 1st party data to marketing platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

The successful candidate will be resourceful and inquisitive, with an ability to easily connect with our marketing team, explaining complex issues in a simple way. You’ll be able to pick up new concepts quickly and empathise with customer pain points. The successful candidate will be:

- Prepared to get your hands dirty in data gathering and cleansing.

Payment and Work Terms:

- Base of $1000 USD per month salary (with monthly performance bonuses when deadlines are hit).
- Minimum 40 hours per week (exclusive of breaks).
- Weekends off.
- Holidays off (Dates can be discussed)
