Night Shift Customer Support Representative (Home-Based)

We are urgently looking for home-based Customer Support Representatives who will be working for a US-based client that engages in field service management and scheduling software. Job entails chat handling, inbound and outbound calls.

Requirements:
• Strong English communication and listening skills
• Exceptional rapport building skills
• Tech-savvy, team player and can work well under minimum supervision
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous BPO/ Call Center experience with Accounts and/or Tech Support background is a PLUS
• Applicants must have own working computer equipment setup, headset with noise-cancelling feature, webcam and reliable internet connection at home

Monthly Basic Salary (Gross) : P20,000.00
Night differential pay for hours worked between 10PM - 6AM (Manila time)
100% Holiday Pay for days worked during Philippine declared holidays
13th month pay, HMO and paid leave upon regularization of employment
