Data Analytics Specialist

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting the business intelligence solutions. This includes analyzing data from multiple sources to provide reporting and visualization for functional management and decision-making users.

Job Skills:
- Implementing Google Analytics 4
- Migrating Universal Analytics accounts to Google Analytics 4
- Advanced Google Tag Manager Experience setup and delivery
- Setup and configuration of Google Ads conversions
- Troubleshooting Google Ads Conversions issues as required
- Data Studio Reports Management setup and configuration
- Generate reports in an accurate and timely manner on a regular basis
- Setup and configuration of Google Optimize
- Setup and Configuration of Facebook Tracking/Pixel and conversion optimization
- Shopify Conversion tracking setup and configuration
- Microsoft Advertising tracking setup and configuration
- Flexibility to setup conversion tracking for other traffic sources as required
- Marketo setup and configuration as required
- Experience with processing, communicating data and business insights
- Familiarity with other data visualization platforms
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Paid Traffic Management

Qualification/Requirement:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Advanced data management skills using Google sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage time to meet deadlines.
- Excellent project management, time management, and work ethics
- High-end device capabilities (processor, RAM, storage, graphics, monitor, etc.)
- Strong and reliable internet connection

Educational Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Computer Science or other related degrees or up to 3 years of college or technical school

Related Work Experience
- At least 3 years of Experienced as a Data Analyst or in similar fields.
- Provide documentation and Certificate of Employment from previous jobs
