Key Duties and Tasks:
• Production of Management Reports to provide detailed analysis on payroll
• Assist in processing weekly and monthly payroll for 300+ staff
• Processing of starters and leavers
• Calculating sickness payments
• Processing adjustments to pay and updating employee records.
• Processing Attachment of Earnings
• Process tax code changes via P45, new starter declarations and HMRC gateway notifications
• Process maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave documentation in line with current company working practices and legislative guidelines
• Administrating auto-enrolment for all employees
• Maintaining existing employee’s pension schemes – dealing with any queries from employees and the pension provider
• Dealing with and resolving all payroll queries from employees
