Business Sales & Recruiting Associate

What you will be doing

As the Business Sales & Recruiting Associate you will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our “Business in a Box” product. You will also be responsible for Recruiting and Sourcing candidates for our clients. Our clients are in Healthcare and a Bank. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Your Job is:
Sales - 30%
Recruiting & Sourcing - 70%

The essential functions that are included but not limited to:

Calling clients for their scheduled consultations
Answering questions about the Business in a Box product
Filling in where needed
Sending emails
Getting contracts signed
Following up with customers and candidates
Sending the necessary information to each person
Recruiting & Sourcing candidates
Scheduling interviews

For every Business In a Box sold you will receive a $250 bonus
For every Bank candidate hired you will receive a $250 bonus
For every Healthcare worker hired you will receive a $100 bonus
