This may be an opportunity for you.??We are looking for an experienced and fully committed Recruiter to help with a couple of our US global companies. ?We work on a fast-paced recruitment process, so we are looking for a dedicated and fully-committed Recruiter.?

You must have the ability to closely communicate with the Business Manager to be able to achieve the target on a given deadline.??
As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:
??- Shortlist and review candidates coming in the pipeline according to the company requirements
?- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing interviews either through phone,
?- Manage a contact list and schedules of qualified candidates?- Take ownership of candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
?- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process?- Communicate and coordinate with the business manager on the requirements and details of the role being hired.?
- Meet and exceed the business target of 30 Phone Screenings a week.?
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline (if needed)???

REQUIREMENTS:
?- At least two years strong experience with Recruitment
?- Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships
?- Ability to do a Boolean search
?- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual?
- Quick learner?- Very versatile ?
-Fluent and proper English is a must ???

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Central Standard TIMEZONE

?RATE: $5hr-$10hr
