Property Owner Research Skip Tracing

I have the name of the owners already, and need to figure out who actually controls the property. Must find phone numbers and social media to help contact decision makers. Very good English comprehension, skip tracing, and real estate research experience required, unless you're a very good learner. Title search experience is helpful. There is no way to mass process my files. Each property requires a considerable amount of time. You must understand forms of real estate ownership such as trusts, estates, LLC's and easements. You should have your own data resources for researching LLCs and people. Creative use of free resources is OK. MUST have a 22" monitor or larger. Better yet if you have good spoken English and can call to confirm contacts as you research them.
