DSA, our leading brand at Ambition Media, has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Marketing. The role will be responsible for developing and leading an effective DSAMarketing Strategy that supports the business's key initiatives while positively driving brand awareness, consideration, and main store levers. T

Each day will bring something different, but the key responsibilities of this role will be:

Developing marketing strategic plans to meet business objectives
Managing the media and content strategy to ensure alignment with a marketing strategy to maximise positive customer engagement and sales growth.
Managing the digital marketing strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved
Manage partnerships and community programmes that drive key marketing objectives
Monitor and manage all media, sponsorships and campaign budgets
Manage a successful team that consistently delivers on KPIs
About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a results-driven and outcome-focused individual who will also bring:

Demonstrated experience in Marketing roles
Previous experience managing a team
Experience in the management of media across all channels
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning
Ability to analyse media results against business objectives and provide reporting
Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
