Real Estate Disposition Lead

What We Do::

We are a real estate company that buy and sell properties in 5 different cities located in the US. We provide solutions for home owners looking to sell their homes by acquiring their property while maintaining an inventory of properties to distribute to a large connection of home buyers.

Role Description:

Daily duties are the following:

• Searching for properties being sold under certain conditions using different sites (Upgrade to see actual info, Zillow, HAR, Facebook, etc)
• Searching for cash buyers using different websites and apps (Upgrade to see actual info, Zillow, HAR, Facebook, Trelly, etc)
• Searching for Hedge Fund buyers using different websites and apps (Upgrade to see actual info, Zillow, HAR, Facebook, Trelly, etc)
• Manage and organize company emails
• Organize buyers and properties within Excel
• Provide email to sellers and wholesalers on different sites and websites

Our disposition lead will also be responsible for other data mining tasks as well. Texting and speaking with buyers is essential so well spoken english is required!


Qualifications:

• Must be efficient with Google Email (gmail)
• Must be familiar with navigating through sites like Facebook, zillow, propstream, etc
• Communication Skills/Reporting
• Must be efficient with Excel
• Must be able to work 3 hours 10:00 PM - 2:00 AM Manilla time per day Monday - Thursday to begin. As we gain data, shifts will become full time!
