About us –

Clarity Search Partners is a specialist staffing agency that focuses on audit, tax, advisory and accounting recruitment. Our clients range from SME – Big 4 firms, to organisations in industry and financial services.

We have been in business for over 5 years and have big plans for growth in the coming year. To enable this growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team.

The Position -

The role will have the following responsibilities -

Candidate sourcing –

• Conducting LinkedIn searches for Part and fully Qualified Accountants. These candidates might live and work in Ireland, the Philippines and South Africa
• Updating our database with new and refreshing existing candidates
• Making initial contact with candidates through LinkedIn and direct email


Research and lead generation –

• Researching specific job titles and finding contact details for new clients
• Updating our database and excel spreadsheets
• Setting up an email marketing campaign

Social media –
• Updating personal and company social media
• Keeping our job advertising updated through multiple channels

About you –

• At least one year of experience working as an administrator
• Have strong IT skills – MS Word and Excel
• Have a LinkedIn profile and basic knowledge of LinkedIn search
• Happy to work to weekly targets
• Business level English – written and spoken
