We're launching our new product, where we offer custom clothing to multinational brands and leading organisations in Australia.

Working as the new account manager at DSA is more than just being an account Upgrade to see actual info means being a total owner with unlimited career growth and earning potential.

Our account manager will take ownership of the end-to-end process, being involved in the marketing, planning, and managing budgets of all new and key accounts to profitably grow B2B business.

Together, we'll continue to defy the odds and create brands that make a difference.

YOUR TEAM

You will report to our CEO in Australia and work with a passionate and dynamic team in the Philippines working from home.

As an Account Manager, you will find strong collaboration among teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and an environment where everyone's opinions are valued and encouraged to be shared.

What Success Looks Like

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong passion and understanding of sales and account management to drive profitable outcomes. You will act as an owner with a passion for marketing, driving new leads, managing key accounts, and workign with the marketing team.

Responsibilities Of The Role

Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
Meet regularly with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly


Qualifications

- Ideally, a bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- At least 1 - 5 years of experience in sales account management
- Demonstrate creativity, innovation, and initiative
- Excellent written, phone, and verbal communication is a must
- Work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Passion for sales, marketing, and business development
