Real Estate Acquisition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Real estate Acquisition Manager who has experience negotiating offers with homeowners and coming to an agreement with them. We offer homeowners a quick, convenient cash offer or a more creative solution depending on what they are looking for.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has 1-2 years of experience as an ACQUISITION SPECIALIST in the Real Estate Industry (REQUIRED)
- Prior Sales Experience
- Experience with industry CRM(s)
- Has EXCELLENT written and phone communication skills (a MUST)
- Excellent grammar to write short write-ups for Real Estate documents writing offers, summarizing property disclosures
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Office, PDF, and other needed tools related to the industry
- Must work well under pressure.
