Real Estate agent in search of experience cold caller familiar with circle prospecting, appointment setter and lead generation. Experience with lead nurture using a CRM, via call, e-mail and texting incoming leads from social media advertising and other sources. Perfect candidate would be someone that is a quick learner that would make the commitment to learn, bring additional strengths to the table and take charge to free me to do what I do best that is sell homes. Positive attitude and treating everyone with respect at all times without exception is a must regardless of the situation. List other related skills that would make you more valuable to my business as well, like familiarity with various Sofware, SEO, sales funnel building and so on. The right candidate that performs will also receive bonus from successful sales/closings. This is a long-term position with the goal of finding someone that works well with me, to stay long term, of course based on performance and ROI.
