Bookeeper and Quickbooks Expert NEEDED ASAP!

Quantum Ecom is looking for an accountant for our client. The task is to support our day-to-day accounting activities, including monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany transactions, tax compliance, annual audit for the Group, and fixed asset register.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
-2-3+ years of work experience as an accountant or similar role.
-BSc degree in Accounting.
-Manage multiple Quickbook accounts. Expert in QuickBooks is a MUST.
-Create profit loss for our amazon stores.
-Keep track of our sales tax stuff. Good knowledge of US accounting standards and taxation.
-Understand cash flow statements.
-Experience in journal preparation, balance sheet reconciliation, month-end tasks, financial reporting, dealing with auditors, and -tax compliance requirements.
-Advanced MS Excel skills.
-Organizational and time-management skills.
-Attention to detail.
-Good in English communication, both written and oral.
