Position: Real Estate Cold Caller
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Jason Ferrante/Ryan Refugia
Job Type: Full-time (8 AM – 5 PM EST, flexible)
Salary: 500 USD

Job Description:
1. Generate a list of leads that you can cold call about Real Estate events that we can sponsor or attend to.
2. Generate a list of leads that you can cold call about Short-term Rentals and invite them to list their properties with Pine.
3. Cold call an already existing list of leads about Real Estate events that we can sponsor or attend to.

Requirements:
1. Has experience in Real Estate Cold Calling, outbound sales.
2. Preferably female, but any gender is still welcome to apply so long as you have a pleasing personality.
3. Has an American sounding voice.
4. Very quiet surroundings.
5. Must be self-motivated and organized with an understanding of the use of CRM tools.
6. Has experience in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Meet, etc.)
7. Proficiency in written and spoken English communication.
8. Ability to read people’s emotions through their voices and respond appropriately.
9. Must have an internet speed of at least 35 Mbps.
10. Persistent, aggressive, and driven.
11. Has a positive and can-do attitude.

Preferred but not required:
a. Knows how to use Slack.
b. Knows how to use ActiveCampaign
c. Knows how to use Upgrade to see actual info
