Great news! We are looking for a full-time Compliance Audit Officer who will assist the Sales Manager in quality monitoring the sales agents, generate daily and weekly reports, and enter information into the company's system.

This position is open to candidates based in the Philippines only

Responsibilities:
• Listen to a minimum of 5 sales & 2 no sale calls each day monitoring the following:
o Salespeople are following the script, using the mandatory words, and monitor that their structure/flow is good
o "ASK " stage of the sales calls
o All finance setups and 3rd party fees
o Ensuring calls are documented accurately using the template
• Data entry: gather sales statistics of sales agents per day, checking and updating CRM
• Provide weekly reports on call monitoring to be sent to the Sales Manager
• Provide a daily summary of the sales team's call statistics via email

Requirements:
• Sales experience - understands the sales journey
• Good data entry skills - Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Excellent English communication skills- oral and written
• Quality monitoring experience
• Active listening skills
• Background in using Aircall
• CRM experience
