ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a growth role within the People and Culture team. As the People And Culture - Systems Administrator and Analyst. You will be known as the expert across all systems and any HR analysis work required. You will work with and report to the Head of People & Culture and work with the Payroll Manager.
ABOUT YOU
You will have worked in HR or a People & Culture team, and be degree qualified. You strive to perform at your peak and add value to the teams objectives. Have developed operational systems and maintained them such as processes and policies. Be able to analyze data and produce HR reporting and maintain monthly matrix. Be systems savvy and want to learn and become the SME on our internal software.
