Payroll Administrator

Our Tradeskola team of 23 PH WFH professionals wants you in the team if you have payroll experience, an accounting background and don’t shy away from reading legal instruments such as labour relation rulings.

We offer you;
* working hours Monday - Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm with 1 hour lunch break (unpaid) and morning and afternoon tea breaks (paid).
* We observe Western Australian Public Holiday calendar (paid).
* We pay in PESOS on the 5th and 20th of each month.
* We pay WIFI and electricity allowance.
* We pay 13th month in December.
* We also pay a 14th month profit share pay in June.
* We pay Php 5k Birthday present as well as a paid day off.
* Paid leave after 12 months of service

• An experienced payroll officer
• Passionate about payroll
• Intermediate to advanced excel skills
• Adapt quickly to new software and processes
• Experience in documenting processes
• Highly structured and organized
• A person who is mature (not necessarily by age)
• A team player
• Resourceful
• Adaptable
• Company minded and client focused
• A good sense of humour
• A passion for learning; willing to learn the AU labour code and compliance in relation to payroll processing

You will need;
• To pass a speed and latency test
• To provide your own IT equipment
• 8GB RAM Computer (no mac products)
• 2 large monitors (laptop screen does not count)
• Headset
• Video camera
• Dedicated workspace free of noise and distractions
• WIFI
