E-commerce VA Superstar | Shopify | Klaviyo | Zapier | Photoshop | Google Sheets | Xero

We are looking for an all round e-commerce VA superstar to join a vibrant team!

We sell commercial kitchen equipment to cafes, restaurants, schools and many other sectors all over Australia & New Zealand, so no graveyard shifts!

Current team includes 7 sales, 3 customer support, 4 admin & development, mostly from the Philippines.
We are looking for an all-round VA to take over many of the backend e-commerce responsibilities and tasks currently being done by the company owner. Like any small-medium business, the owner does a large variety of unrelated and unrewarding tasks which take up a lot of their time!

The website and business is built on Shopify and has approx 10K products with over 300 categories/collections.
To be considered for this role, you need to show a deep understanding of Shopify with experience in similar sized (or larger) businesses with many custom apps, integrations and processes, so that you will understand how we Upgrade to see actual info order to help grow the business and regain my evenings and weekends, I am looking for a VA who can help me with many of my small tasks, to reduce my distractions, allowing me to focus on the tasks which no one else can do. The type of person I imagine will be best suited for this role, needs to be able to handle a wide range of varied and unrelated tasks and should have these traits:

Enjoys creating email/ecommerce campaigns

Experienced in eCommerce businesses
Experienced with Shopify platform

- Some examples of the tasks:
Sort my emails into junk and relevant, unsubscribe where possible
Research online topics such as government incentive programs, competitors, opportunities etc
Research new products to dropship or import
Research new apps to streamline the website and/or company processes
Update/Write process manuals for company roles
Update/write process manuals for automations, zaps & processes
Set up Omnidirectional marketing promotions in Google Sheets, Shopify & Google Merchant Centre
Create new syncs/flows/zaps in Zapier
Edit images in Photoshop
Create basic videos in After Effects (or similar)
Update/fix Google sheet issues
Help me manage my team by batching issues, getting refunds and other day to day tasks
Ensure team tasks are completed by due dates
Create team tasks to achieve company goals

Please note - Writing will make up a large part of this role. My research and management tasks will typically take up about half the day and the other half will be allocated for writing tasks. Manuals, posts, image & written content creation and more. Much of this can be done together, I will explain key points about the topic then let you go and complete the writing task for me to proofread.

The long-term goal for this role is to develop you as a VA into a manager for the business, so the owner can focus on growing it to the next levels.
