Property Administrator

Due to a period of development and growth LifeStyle are now looking to recruit a number of experienced Administrators and particularly those that have excellent client communication skills to join their dedicated and close-nit team.

Who are we:

LifeStyle are probably North Bristol's most active Letting & Estate Agents. We have been serving the local area for over 30 years and have established relationships with clients, partners and tenants.

We take care of over 1000 Landlords with approximately 3000 units that result in a fair number of daily rent payments that require processing.

We pride ourselves on having family roots and our staff turnover is extremely low. We are a team. We work hard, respect each other and enjoy the journey - together!

Responsibilities of the role:

Control the day to day elements of the property referencing process - ensuring prospective tenants are eligible for the property they wish to rent.

Liaising with tenants and landlords.

Operating different cloud based systems to ensure tenants are legal, eligible and insured for the property they wish to let.

You will be timely and not afraid of dealing with clients on the telephone or email.

You will be working to constant deadlines to ensure people can move in to their property.

Confident and client focused, clear speaking professional that is able to work at pace in a fast moving environment and to deadline.
An accomplished team player, who has a strong work ethic and wants to do a great job!
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multi Upgrade to see actual infoticulous and accurate with impeccable attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a good telephone manner.
Building relationships with people internally and externally with come naturally to you.
